PreviMed was incorporated in Delaware, USA as a C-Corporation in early 2007.
It is privately held and currently involved in fund-raising.
PreviMed's core team consists of experienced professionals who have made stellar contributions at startups and at large, global companies. The founders have worked in many verticals, including e-commerce, healthcare IT and telecommunication.

PreviMed’s leadership is represented by Atul Salgaonkar who is currently both CEO and CTO for the company. After leaving Intel in early 2007, Atul founded PreviMed and is currently building and progressing the company on a full-time basis. |
PreviMed's advisory team consists of well-renowned authorities in the areas of international hospital accreditation, patient safety, regulatory and legal compliance and medical ethics. PreviMed has selected and is setting up relationships with qualified attorneys, bankers, intellectual property experts, marketing promotion agencies and other service providers.
